At Duo, everything revolves around you, the client. We strive to deliver the highest possible quality and service as efficiently as possible. We not only provide perfect translations at a good price: we are a language partner with a flexible attitude, offer a personal point of contact and deliver quickly, in accordance with the agreements we make with each other.
Does a translation still not meet your needs? Then we will adjust it for you free of charge up to 30 days after delivery. At Duo, translation assignments are not completed until our clients are satisfied.
ISO certificates
Duo is an ISO-certified translation agency. These international standards for quality management systems show that we are continuously developing and implementing quality procedures.
This ISO standard sets requirements for our quality procedures. Our team works according to this quality system, which details every step of all our internal processes, right down to complaint procedures and how to handle unforeseen situations.
This ISO standard guarantees that our specialised translators and revisors are always native speakers of your target language. They are rigorously selected, based on knowledge, skill, experience and the mother tongue principle. These are the basic requirements for a perfect translation within any industry!

Rates
Our prices vary per translation project, which is why we always provide a tailor-made quote. The price of your translation project depends, among other things, on the language combination and the type of document you want translated. There are, for example, more English translators than Finnish translators, so the prices for translations into English are usually lower than those for a Finnish translation. Are we translating a simple product description, a very specific marketing message or a complex legal text? Each translation project needs a unique approach, for which we select only experienced and specialised translators. This affects the price you pay.
Our prices always include terminological research, the construction of a glossary and translation memory and a check by a second, also specialised translator.
